Get Fit Live Fit and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if Get Fit Live Fit believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Get Fit Live Fit and its subsidiaries.



• Consumer Agreement
• Waiver:
  In consideration for allowing me to participate in the Fit Right Northwest training runs and walks and related activities, I , for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, forever waive, release and discharge Fit Right Northwest and the volunteer walk and run leaders and any sponsors and any other persons associated with the walks from any and all rights, demands, claims, injury, illness or damages that I may suffer as a result of participation in their walks or runs and any other activities. I attest and verify that I have full knowledge of the risks involved in these walks or runs, that I freely assume those risks as incident to participation, and that I will assume and pay my own medical and emergency expenses in the event of an accident, illness or other incapacity, regardless of whether I have authorized such expenses, and that I am physically if not sufficiently, trained to participate in these walks and runs. I hold harmless Fit Right Northwest, the Get Fit Live Fit Training Program and group run and walk leaders harmless for any injuries encountered on my walk or run. I understand that Fit Right Northwest and the sponsors may subsequently use for publicity and promotion any pictures of me without obligation and liability for me. I understand this is a self guided walk and run and that I am fully responsible for my own safety throughout the walk or run. I will walk or run on sidewalks when they are available and I will obey all traffic and pedestrian rules. Registration in a Get Fit Live Fit program signals my Intention to be bound by the above waiver.



• Return Policy

• If for any reason you are unable to participate in the given Get Fit Live Fit Group Training Session, we will gladly offer you a credit towards a future session. All sales of Online Training Programs are final upon download.

  Lacamas Lake Run/Walk Registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
